This practitioner offers an hourly rate of $450. Program options also available. Details are provided below.

I am a medical doctor, board certified in both Family Medicine and Pathology. During my practice of medicine, I became interested in aspects of medicine which I felt had been ignored, but which often had relatively simple solutions.

Treatment of cognitive decline with age (sometimes called Alzheimer's disease or dementia), is one of those aspects. While many people believe that nothing can be done to stop cognitive decline, there are many documented things that can help. I believe the program sponsored by Apollo Health is a great approach. I feel passionate about helping people to really improve their cognitive health.

I have also been interested in autoimmune disease, metabolic health, and hormone replacement therapy. I believe that addressing vitamin deficiencies and hormone therapy can greatly help people. While I am a traditionally trained physician, I try to take a wholistic approach, and help people to regain their best health.

Telemedicine is available, if necessary. Medicare or commercial insurance is not available for the Bredesen Protocol.

Pay-per-Visit Option:

• Doctor $450 per hour
• Health Coach $60 per hour

Program Options:

ReCODE PROGRAM

Duration: 6 months

Cost: $3900 including ReCODE 2.0 Certified Health Coach visits

(Rate: $450 per hour for the doctor, $60 per hour for the health coach)

This program includes:

• 5 visits with the doctor (first visit 90 minutes, each subsequent visit 1 hour)
• Development of a personalized treatment plan according to your specific risk factors and cognitive profile
• Hormone therapy
• Monthly phone calls and review of progress
• Weekly exercise with oxygen training in the clinic
• ReCODE 2.0 Certified Health Coach will make home visits, communicate with the doctor, review supplement usage, review how to use the program, help implement exercise programs, and administer cognitive assessments.

Costs for labs, supplements, medications, and photobiomodulation equipment are not included in the package.

PreCODE PROGRAM

Duration: 6 months

Cost: $1200 including ReCODE 2.0 Certified Health Coach visits

(Rate: $450 per hour for the doctor, $60 per hour for the health coach)

This program includes:

• 2 visits with the doctor (first visit 75 minutes, second visit 1 hour)
• 6 visits with the health coach (1 hour each)
• A review of medical history and physical examination
• Laboratory review with implementation of a personalized treatment plan
• A review of all medications and adjustments as indicated, hormone therapy, and treatment of metabolic dysfunction.
• Cognitive assessments
• In-clinic exercise with oxygen therapy

Costs for labs, supplements, medications, and photobiomodulation equipment are not included in the package.

First Visit (75 to 90 minutes, depending on program)

• Comprehensive physical and medical history
• Review of labs
• Explanation of the program
• Review and adjustment of medications
• Hormone therapy and supplements
• Review of cognitive status and implementation of therapy.

Subsequent Visits (1 hour)

• Review of cognitive testing
• Adjustment of medications and hormones
• Exercise therapy, sleep, and oxygenation
