Francisco Carreño is a ReCODE 2.0 Certified Nutritionist, a Ph.D. in Exercise Physiologist, and a certified nutrition coach with more than 16 years of experience in the fields of nutrition consulting, nutritional supplements and exercise applied to anti-aging and precision medicine. He currently works as a wellness coach at Partner MD, and provides ReCODE specific services working independently with participants, in conjunction with their primary care physician to help them implement the Bredesen Protocol.

After a decade involved in anti-aging medical clinics working within multi-disciplinary teams in New York City, he got progressively more interested in deepening his understanding of the interventions that have a true potential of transforming someone’s wellbeing with powerful health outcomes. He studied Dr. Bredesen’s material and decided to become certified to reach and support more people in much more significant ways.

Dr. Carreño uses his clinical and research acumen, along with his unstoppable thirst for new knowledge and new strategies that can serve his patients, to help people jump into action with the KetoFLEX 12/3 dietary strategy, as well as, building a solid lifestyle where supplements, nutrition, exercise and an in-depth collaboration with primary care providers result in meaningful clinical outcomes. He has successfully worked reversing diabetes, supporting people with multiple chronic diseases, and can provide education about cardiometabolic and degenerative diseases. Dr. Carreño works mostly via telemedicine in conjunction with your primary care provider, as long as they are willing to support you on the protocol.


Hourly Rate: $250


Initial Consultation: 75 minutes, $312.50

If the participant has baseline labs completed prior to the appointment:

• Explanation of main findings in your blood work, from a nutritional standpoint, in the context of the Bredesen Protocol.
• Explanation of the progress tracking tools we can use, such as CNS Vital Signs test or other tools to assess significant changes throughout your journey.
• Presentation of the resources available via the Apollo Health Subscription.
• Explanation and actionable recommendations of the KetoFLEX 12/3 dietary strategy.
• Personalized Nutritional Supplementation recommendation.
• Personalized Exercise recommendation.

If the participant does not have baseline labs completed prior to the appointment:
Your appointment is delivered in two sessions (one prior to the lab results; another to go over the results)

Session 1. Duration: 30 minutes

• Explanation of the progress tracking tools we can use, such as CNS Vital Signs test or other tools to assess significant changes throughout your journey.
• Presentation of the resources available via the Apollo Health Subscription.
• Explanation and actionable recommendations of the KetoFLEX 12/3 dietary strategy.

Session 2. Duration: 45 minutes

• Explanation of main findings in your blood work, from a nutritional standpoint, in the context of the Bredesen Protocol.
• Personalized Nutritional Supplementation recommendation.
• Personalized Exercise recommendation.

Follow-Up Consultations: 45 minutes, $187.50
Usually at 90 to 120 day intervals.

• Touching base about the ins and outs of your health journey
• Adjustment of exercise routines if necessary
• Troubleshooting potential areas of difficulty that you might find in your day to day
• When pertinent, a follow-up assessment will be part of the consultation, resulting in potential adjustments to your program (supplements, diet, testing…)
