This health coach has an hourly rate of $200 after the Initial Session. Additional pricing options available below.

Jill Friedbauer is a ReCODE 2.0 Certified Health Coach, Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Master Certified Catalyst Institute Coach, National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and Licensed Physical Therapist with a specialty in neurology and geriatrics. Jill currently works independently in her own practice Heal Your Brain & Gut with Jill, and looks forward to partnering with participants’ practitioners or ReCODE 2.0 Certified Primary Protocol Practitioners to support them through the PreCODE and ReCODE programs.

Jill is passionate about cognitive health as many relatives in her family including her mother, father, maternal grandmother, paternal grandfather, and aunt all experienced Alzheimer’s disease. Jill’s mother was diagnosed at an early age which led Jill to adopt the Bredesen Protocol herself. Jill will support and guide you to incorporate the necessary dietary and lifestyle strategies associated with the ReCODE or PreCODE programs, working in conjunction with your physician.

Jill has personally dealt with autoimmune disease and IBS/SIBO. As a result, she helps clients by partnering with their practitioners to improve their gut health and autoimmune disease. Notably, Jill is trained in the SIBO pro course with Dr. Allison Siebecker.

Jill can guide you with an organized process for meal preparation, provide shopping tips, pantry clean-outs, help you structure an exercise program, optimize sleep hygiene, and guide you to manage stress. With a holistic approach, Jill integrates the importance of joy, relationships, and spirituality within her coaching method. Clients recognize Jill for her compassionate and caring approach focused on small targeted goals that lead to long-term sustainable results.

Jill is available to work via telemedicine and makes home visits within her community. She will work with your ReCODE 2.0 Certified Primary Protocol Practitioner or in conjunction with your own primary care physician, as long as they are willing to support you on the protocol.

Pricing:

Initial 90-Minute Session:

$400 if labs completed through Apollo Health

$500 if labs not completed through Apollo Health

(Lab costs not included)

3-Month Program:

$2100 ($700/month), 12 Sessions
