Dr. Bernice Wong is ReCODE 2.0 Certified, Medical Doctor in Internal Medicine, Geriatrician, and Institute for Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner.
After 20 years practicing Geriatrics in a PACE program, Dr. Wong decided it was time to change her practice paradigm from supportive but limited clinical efficacy in dementia care to a standard with more potential positive outcomes. Creating a new mindset, engagement in health to maximize vitality and function through integrating lifestyle and mind-body practices, while attending to the root causes of symptoms are all part of her new approach to creating a more whole person.
Dr. Wong is available in-person and via telemedicine for Massachusetts residents only at this time. She has two clinics, see pricing specific to each below:
Wu Wei Vitality Clinic
Dr. Wong is available at the rate of $100.00 per hour. Medicare is accepted for labs only.
At this time Dr. Wong does not offer health coaching or nutrition services through this clinic, however recommendations for ReCODE 2.0 Certified Health Coaches and Nutritionists can be provided.
Costs for labs, supplements, equipment and supplies, and adjunct therapies and treatments are not included.
Five Journeys Practice
This practice is a hybrid membership at $129.00 per month combined with insurance. Most insurances are accepted, including Medicare. For additional questions, please contact this clinic directly. Nutrition services are available at this clinic, however health coaching is not. Recommendations for ReCODE 2.0 Certified Health Coaches can be provided.
The membership includes:

- 1-hour initial visits
- 30-minute follow-ups
- 25% discount on wellness services
- Free musculoskeletal health assessment
