This practitioner offers an hourly rate of $900. Other program options available. More information is provided below. 

Craig Tanio, M.D. is a ReCODE 2.0 Certified Physician and the co-founder of Rezilir Health. He is dedicated to helping patients reverse cognitive decline, maximize health span and reverse complex chronic conditions. He has the following clinical certifications:

The Rezilir Health team includes:

• Technicians in Neurofeedback, Hyperbaric Oxygen, IV and Lab

The entire Rezilir Team has been participating in Dr. Bredesen’s randomized clinical trial of precision medicine to reverse cognitive decline (The Evanthea Trial) in 2023-2025. Rezilir has been helping patients using the Bredesen Protocol® since 2018.

The Rezilir team believes in a practical approach to change, working closely with patient’s values and preferences. We seek to reach a “tipping point” in addressing multiple root causes so that our patients can see symptomatic improvement and documented objective changes on biomarkers, cognitive testing and brain network electrical activity through the QEEG.

Rezilir has created a one-stop approach where multiple higher intensity interventions and protocols are available on a single floor for patients who require this approach. On site interventions include:

• Hard chamber hyperbaric oxygen
• 19 channel QEEG to guide therapies
• High Intensity Laser therapy
• Neurofeedback
• Direct electrical cranial stimulation
• Intravenous therapies & peptides
• Customized nutritional supplements
• Infrared Sauna

PRICING

• We do not accept insurance and do not have insurance coordination services. We do not participate in Medicare but our physician is eligible to order labs and radiology services that will be covered by Medicare.
• We have multiple packages available for patients depending their needs ranging from a light touch preventive support for PreCODE participants to intensive support for ReCODE participants who have not responded to first level of care. We are happy to discuss all of these packages upon request (1.866.REZILIR / www.rezilirhealth.com)
• At present our hourly pricing is as follows:
  • Physician - $900 per hour
  • Nutritionist & Health Coach = $200 per hour
  • Exercise Trainer = $200 per hour
  • Nurse Practitioner - $375 per hour
• Labs: We have worked with LabCorp to ensure that our patient rates are lower than their rates for cash paying patients. They will match or beat any retail lab pricing on the internet. Any labs that are covered by insurance need to be drawn at the LabCorp or Quest station due to their superior insurance coordination services.
